Here's what I ate to lose almost 7 kilograms in 3 weeks.
1st day
- Breakfast: coffee or tea
- Lunch: 1 egg, Veggies & fruits (eat as much as you want)
- Dinner: steak, veggies
2nd day
- Breakfast: coffee or tea, little bread
- Lunch : big steak, veggies, celery
- Dinner : ham (reduced fat, 150 gms)
3rd day
- Breakfast: coffee or tea bread
- Lunch : 2 boiled eggs, salad & tomatoes
- Dinner : ham & green salad
- Breakfast : coffee with bread
- Lunch : 1 boiled egg, carrots, little piece of cheese
- Dinner : fruits , plain yoghurt
5th day
- Breakfast: Shredded carrots with lemon juice, coffee or tea
- Lunch : white fish (baked or steamed), 2 tomatoes
- Dinner : 1 steak, veggies
- Breakfast : coffee or tea, little bread
- Lunch : grilled chicken (skinless) as much as you want
- Dinner: 2 boiled eggs and carrot
7th day
- Breakfast : tea or coffee
- Lunch : steak grilled, fruits as much as you want
- Dinner : eat whatever you want
Notes:
- Constipated : eat plums
- Sweetener : use stevia
- Use spices : for steak, fish, salad
- Avoid : salt and sugar
- Veggies : eat as much as you want
- Fruits : not banana or anything too sweet
- Repeat days 1 to 7
