How to lose weight in 3 weeks



Here's what I ate to lose almost 7 kilograms in 3 weeks.

1st day

  • Breakfast: coffee or tea
  • Lunch: 1 egg, Veggies & fruits (eat as much as you want)
  • Dinner: steak, veggies


2nd day

  • Breakfast: coffee or tea, little bread
  • Lunch : big steak, veggies, celery
  • Dinner : ham (reduced fat, 150 gms)

3rd day
  • Breakfast: coffee or tea bread
  • Lunch : 2 boiled eggs, salad & tomatoes
  • Dinner : ham & green salad
4th day
  • Breakfast : coffee with bread
  • Lunch : 1 boiled egg, carrots, little piece of cheese
  • Dinner : fruits , plain yoghurt
5th day
  • Breakfast: Shredded carrots with lemon juice, coffee or tea
  • Lunch : white fish (baked or steamed), 2 tomatoes
  • Dinner : 1 steak, veggies
6th day
  • Breakfast : coffee or tea, little bread
  • Lunch : grilled chicken (skinless) as much as you want
  • Dinner: 2 boiled eggs and carrot
7th day
  • Breakfast : tea or coffee
  • Lunch : steak grilled, fruits as much as you want
  • Dinner : eat whatever you want

Notes:
  • Constipated : eat plums
  • Sweetener : use stevia
  • Use spices : for steak, fish, salad
  • Avoid : salt and sugar
  • Veggies : eat as much as you want
  • Fruits : not banana or anything too sweet
  • Repeat days 1 to 7
